ABOUT THE ARTIST
I've always been the kid who clams up during icebreakers.

My name is Tyler Macro. I am a writer, but also a poet-who-hates-poetry, a multimedia artist, and an aspiring product engineer. In my work, you'll see heavy themes of sustainability and disability. I love using art to bridge gaps between experiences. I believe art enables people to learn and understand, in a way truly wordless and complete.

I take inspiration from naturalism, Malala Yousafzai, Mary Oliver, Vice, Shane Madej, and Steven Lim.

Learning is my passion, I feel like I can't get enough of the world. I want to pursue writing and engineering because there is so much to meet, to interview, and to profile.

Currently, I am pursuing a degree in sustainable product design with a minor in computer science. I am open to opportunities.
